  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Tips and Tricks to Perfect Air Fryer London Broil

Air frying London broil is insanely easy – but there are a couple tips and tricks to keep it tender, juicy, and delicious!

  • Don’t skip the marinade time – it is essential to London broil to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • Cook at the highest heat possible in your air fryer – you want a lovely char on the outside, and cooking it hot and fast will keep it from drying out.
  • Set the London broil in the air fryer however you can fit it in – if you have a round air fryer basket, some of the steak will go up the sides – that’s fine, but try to lay it out instead of letting it bunch up or fold over on itself.
  • Flip London broil halfway through cooking for an even sear.

How Long to Air Fry London Broil. London broil is best when cooked very fast and very hot – crank your air fryer as high as it goes, and plan on a 10-15 minute cook time depending on the size of your top round and how done you’d like your London broil. In these photos, I air fried my London Broil at 450 for 15 minutes for a medium rare, and flipped it once in the middle of cooking. The internaltemperatureon a London broil should read135 degreesformediumrare and145 degreesformediumto well done.
